Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping:
• A flat rate shipping charge of INR 150 is applicable on every shipment within India. • Shipping is FREE on purchases above INR 10,000. • Please provide complete correct address along with pin code for shipping, delivery will be made on the same. Once the orders are processed and shipped, tracking details will be shared to your email ID/mobile number provided. • We accept only prepaid orders. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
Shipping Time:
• All our products are handmade with care and precision. Delivery time is dependent on the product purchased. • For ready items we take around 5-7 working days to ship from the date of placing the order. For “Made to Order” products, time will be as mentioned on the product page. • Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered as business days. • We would be really happy to hear about your shopping experience, please write to us at info@madhubanimotifs.com
International Shipping:
• Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during dispatch depending on the order value and dimensions of your order. Please write to us at info@madhubanimotifs.com for an estimate with the product details and full delivery address. • Standard shipping and handling charges cover the freight charges only. Any customs and duties are not included in your order and are to be borne by the customer at the time of final delivery (if any). • We ship via India post and the delivery might take 4-6 weeks’ subject to custom clearance.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Please note that all our pieces are uniquely hand painted and we work hard to create every piece with lots of care & precision. However slight variations are inherent to the process and should not be considered as a defect. If any, these imperfections add to the beauty and charm of a genuine handcrafted product. As a policy, we DO NOT accept return/exchange unless the product received is damaged, has a manufacturing defect or a wrong item is delivered to you. Please also understand that the device monitors have different calibration and there is a possibility that the colors you see on your screen may not be 100% same as in the actual product. Color variation will not be a base for return/exchange. In the exceptional event of a return/exchange, please write to us at info@madhubanimotifs.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product including order details and photographs of the product with defect clearly visible. We will get back to you within 2 working days after analyzing your case. If it qualifies for return/exchange, please make sure that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it. Washed, used or ironed pieces will not be accepted for return or exchange. Also, in such events, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost. The exchanged piece, if any, shipping will be borne by us. No return/exchange will be considered, if: • Wrong/incomplete shipping address is provided. • The package is sent back because the recipient refused to accept or after three unsuccessful delivery attempts made by our logistics partners. • The international recipient refuses to accept duty and taxes levied by the respective country and doesn’t collect the package from the shipping agency.
Cancellation Policy
We would not want you to cancel but if you must, for any unavoidable circumstances, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will issue a full refund within 3-5 working days.
