1. We work on a commission mode and will start working only after 50% advance payment (non-refundable) is done. Remaining amount shall be collected on completion of project and before shipping the item. 2. A rough draft will be discussed and shared before starting the actual work. Modifications will be accepted only till before the actual piece goes into making. 3. It will not be possible to cancel or refund the money once the work is started as these are custom creations and demand high labor involvement. 4. Processing time depends on the product and the timelines will be discussed and agreed upon well before placing the order. We will try our best to meet the set deadlines however there might be a delay in case of some unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed.
