How long is the order processing time?
All the ready pieces are usually shipped within 5-7 working days after placing the order. However, as we majorly function as “Made to Order”, the timelines will depend on the product ordered. Sarees usually take 12-16 weeks while other items may take anywhere between 6-12 weeks after the final payment is made. These can be worked upon by mutual discussion.
Do you accept fabric to paint on?
We firmly believe in reuse and repurpose and under our special project “Punarbhav”, we accept fabric from your existing wardrobe to redesign. If you want to get something hand painted without adding more to your wardrobe, then we would be happy to help. Send us an existing piece of garment from your wardrobe, we’ll hand paint and give it a new look. The fabric and other details, however, need to be examined beforehand. Please do get in touch if you have any such requests.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of placement. We will issue a full refund within 3-5 working days.
What are the shipping charges?
A shipping charge of Rs.150 will be applicable to all domestic orders below INR 10,000. Free shipping is available for order value greater than INR 10,000. For our international customers shipping charges will be calculated during dispatch depending on the order value and dimensions of your order. Please write to us at info@madhubanimotifs.com for an estimate with the product details and full delivery address.
How does the delivery process work?
We are associated with various reputed logistics partners to deliver our products to your doorsteps. In case of remote locations, we will use India post to ship your order. We use Indian speed post for international delivery.
What payment options can I use?
You may choose to pay with credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, UPI & other wallets or a direct bank deposit to our account. International customers may also use Paypal to make the payment. If you face any difficulty while making the payment, please do reach out to us!
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are only available online.
